Craft Gin Club’s Master Mixologist Maria Vieira has whipped up a delicious cocktail that is zesty, fragrant and bold, and guaranteed to kick off your 2022 in style.
Our January 2022 Cocktail of the Month is called Craft Gin Club’s New Moon and it is made with ingredients from our January 2022 Gin of the Month box. It mixes together Sông Cái Việt Nam Dry Gin, our January 2022 Gin of the Month, with Artisan Fiery Ginger Beer and our bespoke New Moon cocktail syrup. Garnished with chilli and lime, it’s a wonderfully zesty cocktail that’s bright and vibrant. Yum!
Craft Gin Club’s New Moon
A bespoke cocktail featuring Sông Cái Việt Nam Dry Gin and Artisan Fiery Ginger Beer
50ml Sông Cái Việt Nam Dry Gin
25ml New Moon cocktail syrup
5ml lime juice
100ml Artisan Fiery Ginger Beer
Lime, chilli and edible flowers, to garnish (optional)
Add all the ingredients to a highball glass filled with ice and give it a quick stir to combine. Garnish with a lime wedge, fresh chilli and an edible flower if you so wish.

Distilled in Hanoi, Vietnam, by Sông Cái Distillery, this exquisite craft gin is made using botanicals native to Vietnam, some of which have never been used in gin before. Each sip is brimming with delicate and unique citrus and spice notes. The finish is long and complex, with a warm woodiness that is completely moreish. Artisan Fiery Ginger Beer
This wonderful, exotic mixer has a mouth-watering mix of citrusy yuzu flavours with subtle touches of coriander and warming black pepper.
