Recipe

Elderflower or Vanilla Gin Punch Recipe (Single Serve)

Ingredients

35ml gin

15ml Elderflower or Vanilla Cocktail Syrup

15ml lemon juice

75ml Prosecco, to top

Lemon slices & edible flowers, to garnish

Shake the first three ingredients with ice, strain into a glass filled with fresh ice, and top with chilled sparkling wine. Garnish and serve.

Serving a crowd?

Just multiply each ingredient by 10 and stir with ice in a jug or punch bowl before adding a full bottle of Prosecco. Perfect for sharing - no shaker required.
