By way of celebration, we've got a delicious ginny cocktail - that just happens to work beautifully with our April Gin of the Month, Tarquin's Rosemary & Thyme Gin. And it's sure to give you the strength to fight any rogue dragons that may appear...cheers!

1 fresh rosemary sprig
75ml Tarquin's Rosemary & Thyme Gin
30ml Elderflower Liqueur
Strip leaves from the rosemary and muddle in a cocktail shaker. Add the gin and Elderflower Liqueur and shake with ice. Strain into a chilled martini or coupe glass. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
