February 2020’s Gin of the Month box is all about love: our love of artisan gin, of fabulous cocktails, and of course love for our fab members! So get ready to fall in love with this month’s effervescent, blush-coloured Cocktail of the Month: created by Craft Gin Club’s mixologist in residence, Maria, this pretty-in-pink potion was designed to spice things up this Valentine’s Day!

Craft Gin Club’s Love Potion

Serves one
40ml GŴYR Rhamanta Gin
15ml lemon juice
15ml Love Potion Cocktail Syrup
Lovely Handcrafted Elderflower & Rose Presse (available in our shop)
Rosebuds, to garnish
Combine your first three ingredients in a cocktail shaker packed with ice. Shake and strain into a Champagne flute. Top with Elderflower & Rose Presse. Garnish and serve.
