Blood Orange Gin Sour

50ml blood orange gin
30ml blood orange juice
15ml lemon juice
15ml simple syrup
Three dashes of orange bitters (like Angostura)
Sprig of rosemary, to garnish

Add your gin, blood orange juice, lemon juice, simple syrup and bitters into a shaker with ice. Strain, and add a few more ice cubes into your coupe glass if you wish. Add a sprig of rosemary to finish. Et voila!
