5 seriously good gin AND prosecco cocktails to raise a glass to!

Prosecco is a close second to gin when it comes to our favourite tipple, so we are over the moon to combine the two with these sparkling stunners! Cancel all weekend plans, invite your best gin pals round and have fun with the fizz!

These 5 fizzy cocktails will add a touch of sparkle to your gin and they are so easy to make...and drink!


Buzzeco

Method: 

Shake your gin and honey together in a cocktail shaker and pour into a flute.
Top up with chilled Prosecco and serve immediately.

 

Ingredients:

50ml Gin
10ml Honey
Prosecco


Cucumber & Watermelon Spritz

Method:

Pour the gin into a champagne flute, then add the Prosecco. Top up with Double Dutch Cucumber & Watermelon, then garnish and serve.

Ingredients:

25ml Gin
50ml Prosecco
Double Dutch Cucumber & Watermelon
Cucumber and white grapes, to garnish


Bertie's Berry

Method:

Combine all ingredients in a tall glass packed with ice, alongside summer fruits – a mix of blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries works best.
Garnish with mint and serve. 

Ingredients:

35ml gin
5ml Chambord
70ml Prosecco
70ml lemonade


French 75

Method:

Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Shake for about five seconds. Strain into a champagne flute and top with ice cold Champagne or sparkling wine) for one of the best ways to kick off a dinner. 

*Simple Syrup - warm equal parts of sugar and water so it dissolves then let it cool. Can be stored, sealed, in the fridge for 4-6 months.

Ingredients:

30ml Gin
15ml lemon juice
15ml simple syrup*
Champagne (or other sparkling wine)


Pomegranate Gin Fizz

Method:

Mix gin and pomegranate juice together then divide equally between six Champagne glasses. Top up with Prosecco, garnish with a few pomegranate seeds and serve immediately.

Ingredients:

75ml gin
150ml pomegranate juice
300ml chilled Prosecco
pomegranate seeds to garnish
