Prosecco is a close second to gin when it comes to our favourite tipple, so we are over the moon to combine the two with these sparkling stunners, because, who doesn’t love a bit of sparkle at Christmas?!
These 5 fizzy cocktails will add a touch of sparkle to your gin and they are so easy to make...and drink!
Shake your gin and honey together in a cocktail shaker and pour into a flute.
Top up with chilled Prosecco and serve immediately.
Cucumber & Watermelon Spritz
Pour the gin into a champagne flute, then add the Prosecco. Top up with Double Dutch Cucumber & Watermelon, then garnish and serve.

Combine all ingredients in a tall glass packed with ice, alongside summer fruits – a mix of blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries works best.
Garnish with mint and serve.
Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Shake for about five seconds. Strain into a champagne flute and top with ice cold Champagne or sparkling wine) for one of the best ways to kick off a dinner.
*Simple Syrup - warm equal parts of sugar and water so it dissolves then let it cool. Can be stored, sealed, in the fridge for 4-6 months.
15ml lemon juice
15ml simple syrup*

Pomegranate Gin Fizz
Mix gin and pomegranate juice together then divide equally between six Champagne glasses. Top up with Prosecco, garnish with a few pomegranate seeds and serve immediately.
