Gin Caramel Popcorn
1. Empty your Poshcorn into a bowl and set aside.
2. In a saucepan, heat the sugar in a pan over a medium heat, stirring constantly until it congeals into a thick, brown liquid.
3. Add the butter and whisk until smooth, then add the double cream, stirring constantly.
4.Boil for about a minute, remove from the heat and stir in your gin.

For the caramel sauce:
100g Caster Sugar
45g Salted Butter
60ml Double Cream
Pour the gin caramel sauce over the popcorn, stirring in, and leave to cool before eating. Any extra sauce can be stored in a sealed container in the fridge for about a week.
