Salty Dog
Ingredients:
50ml gin
100ml grapefruit juice
Salt for the glass rim
Grapefruit wedge for garnish
Method:
Coat the rim of the glass with salt. Fill the glass with ice and pour the in the gin and juice. Stir well before garnishing with a wedge of grapefruit.
Anchors Away
Ingredients:
50ml gin
25ml sweet vermouth
25ml Cointreau
25ml blood orange juice
Soda water
Method:
Fill shaker with ice and pour in gin, vermouth, Cointreau and blood orange juice. Shake well and strain into an ice filled glass. Top up with soda water. Garnish with an orange and sprig of rosemary.
Fog Horn
Ingredients:
50ml gin
25ml lime juice
Ginger ale
Method:
Fill a glass with ice and pour the gin and lime juice over. Stir well before topping up with ginger beer. Mix gently before garnishing with a lime.
Maritme Martini
Ingredients:
45ml vodka
15ml dry gin
5ml blue curaçao
10ml vermouth
Lime twist
Method:
Fill a shaker with ice and pour all the ingredients in. Stir well and strain into a chilled Martini glass. Garnish with a twist of lemon and enjoy.

Ingredients:
50ml gin
Ginger beer
Ice
Wedge of lime
Method:
Fill a glass with ice. Pour the gin in. Squeeze juice from the lime wedge into the glass and drop it on afterwards. Top up with ginger beer and stir.
