BABY BLUE MARTINI
No, this isn’t a Badfinger cover. It could just be the perfect cure for mums with post-partum depression!
- 1 ounce top-shelf gin
- 1 ounce blue curacao
- 1 ounce pineapple juice
- 1 ounce pink grapefruit juice
Method: Shake on ice in cocktail shaker, strain into martini glass
The Stork Club was the hottest club in New York City in the 1930s and 40s with all of the stars knocking boots there. In this case, we’ll take the stork to mean the bird that brings mum her babies.
- 1.5 oz Old Tom gin
- 1 oz freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1/4 oz. lime juice
- 1/4 oz. Cointreau
- Dash of Angostura bitters
- Garnish with an orange twist

75ml Adnams Copper House Distilled Gin
7 fresh raspberries

These two cocktails, as described by the world’s most complete cocktail compendium, Difford’s Guide, are relatively similar with two little variations to their genes: just like how mums become mums - mixing their DNA with their partners.
- 1/2 oz. London Dry Gin
- 3/4 oz. De Kuyper XO Apricot Brandy
- 1 oz. Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 oz. simple syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
Method: shake all ingredients together in a shaker and strain into a cocktail glass.
To make the complementary DNA #2, just add 1 oz. of Damson gin liqueur and 1/2 oz. of water to the same recipe.
