It’s official! The United Kingdom will remain intact as the Scottish Independence movement didn’t gather enough votes in yesterday’s referendum. As the Scots prepare for the increased autonomy promised from Westminster, perhaps more of the proceeds from booming gin sales will remain in Scotland. With 70% of all UK gins produced in Scotland, they stand to save a pound or two.
