Elderflower Gin Fizz
Ingredients
- 35ml gin
- 15ml Craft Gin Club Elderflower Syrup
- 15ml fresh lemon Juice
- 75ml sparkling wine, to top
- Edible flowers or lemon peel to garnish (optional)
Method
Add the first three ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a rocks glass over ice, then top up with sparkling wine and garnish.
Elderflower Gin Sour
Ingredients
- 60ml gin
- 20ml Craft Gin Club Elderflower Syrup
- 15ml fresh lemon Juice
- 1 egg white
- Lemon peel, to garnish (optional)
Method
Add all the ingredients in a shaker without ice and shake well, making sure the shaker is firmly held. Open the shaker and add ice and shake a second time. Strain into a coupe and garnish.
Elderflower Collins
Ingredients
- 50ml gin
- 25ml Craft Gin Club Elderflower Syrup
- 25ml fresh lemon juice
- 150ml soda water
- Slice of lemon, to garnish
Method
Add the gin and elderflower liqueur to a tall, ice-packed glass. Top with soda water, stir gently and garnish.
Vanilla French 75
The vanilla syrup adds a silky-soft mouthfeel to this cocktail, bringing an extra layer of elegance and sophistication to a classic.
Ingredients
- 35ml gin
- 15ml Craft Gin Club Vanilla Syrup
- 15ml lemon juice
- Sparkling wine, to top up
- Lemon peel, to garnish
Method
Add the first three ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake with ice. Strain into a champagne flute or saucer, top up with sparkling wine and then garnish.
Apple Pie Highball
All the flavours of a homemade apple pie in a glass. Fresh, fruity and gently spiced — an instant crowd-pleaser.
Ingredients
- 50ml gin
- 20ml Craft Gin Club Vanilla Syrup
- 75ml cloudy apple juice
- 10ml lime juice
- 1tsp brown sugar and 1tsp cinnamon to rim the glass
- Apple slice and rosemary sprig to garnish (optional)
Method
Combine the sugar and cinnamon in a saucer. Wet the rim of the glass with apple juice and roll in cinnamon sugar until evenly coated. Shake the gin, apple juice, syrup and lime juice with ice then strain into an ice-filled glass. Garnish and enjoy.
Vanilla Cream Martini
Rich, creamy and utterly indulgent. This velvety treat is dessert and cocktail in one — the ultimate treat.
Ingredients
- 20ml gin
- 15ml Irish cream liqueur
- 15ml Craft Gin Club Vanilla Syrup
- 30ml single cream
- ½ tsp freshly grated nutmeg, to garnish (optional)
Method
Add the gin, Baileys, vanilla liqueur and cream to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain into a glass. Garnish, serve and enjoy!
