Performance Marketing Lead
As our Performance marketing manager, you will develop and optimise all our PPC accounts with special focus on Facebook and Paid Search.
Facebook has been our biggest paid customer acquisition channel and you will be responsible for its growth, continuous optimisation and sustained ROI. You will develop the campaign plan across all parts of the funnel, inform the creative strategy, devise the audience strategy and provide regular performance updates.
A real growth hacker, you will be able to work autonomously and be as comfortable handling detail as you are thinking big. You will have demonstrable expertise in devising a data-driven performance strategy as well as campaign execution end-to-end. You will have shown you’re able to work in a dynamic environment and can deliver results at pace.
Web & Digital Designer
As our web & digital designer, you will own our online presence including our e-commerce front-end and digital advertising. As a key member of our integrated design team, you will lead on all digital requirements from concept through to execution.
You will help us optimise the user journeys on our website, migrate to a new e-commerce platform, rethink our blog - one of the best-read food & drink blogs in the country - and take our digital marketing communications to the next level. Not afraid to get your hands dirty, you will also understand front-end development to help deliver web changes & improvements in real time.
Digital content and social engagement are at the heart of our business, and our social media channels act as a meeting point for a large, focused and engaged audience of gin lovers from across the UK.
As our Community Manager, you will act as the voice of our brand online, growing, engaging with and reporting on our active online community of current and future club members.
Working alongside our content, CRM and customer service teams, you will cultivate our community in order to drive customer loyalty and retention, as well as helping to grow brand awareness and new customer acquisition.
