As we move into the dark, gloomy days of autumn and winter, we seek out bright, lively colours and flavours to keep us cheerful - and this delicious twist on your usual gin and tonic has both!

Mixing a high-quality spiced cranberry and orange gin with a little tart citrus and some sweet sugar syrup, along with beautiful scarlet cranberries and juicy orange slices provides a beautifully balanced, warming G&T for the cold, wet nights!

If tonic isn’t your thing, or you’re looking for an added layer of spicy warmth and flavour, try using ginger ale instead! Of course, this flavour combination will also work with a standard dry gin, too. Enjoy!

Spiced Cranberry & Orange G&T

50ml Spiced Cranberry and Orange Gin
25ml lemon juice
5ml sugar syrup
Tonic or ginger ale, to top up*
A fresh slice of orange, cranberries, and a sprig of rosemary to garnish

Mix your gin with the lemon juice and sugar syrup in your glass with plenty of ice. Top up with tonic water and garnish with a wheel of orange, a few cranberries and a sprig of rosemary. *You could use ginger ale instead of tonic, for an extra warming kick or if you’re not a fan of tonic water!
