This fabulously chocolatey, nutty cocktail recipe is surprisingly light and cool and perfect for sipping when you fancy a hit of chocolate and almond on a warm spring or summer evening (or at any other time, in fact!).
Inspired by the amazing Forest Feast Salted Dark Chocolate Almonds in Craft Gin Club’s May 2022 Gin of the Month box, this brilliant martini recipe is made with almond milk and is flavoured with chocolate in two mouthwatering ways.
The first way is by using créme de cacao blanc, a delicious chocolate liqueur that is available to buy on the Craft Gin Club online shop here, and the second is by using real chocolate (dark or milk) to rim the glass and sprinkle on top, to garnish the cocktail, making sure every sip is full of chocolatey delight!

Double chocolate & Almond Martini
35ml gin
15ml créme de cacao Blanc liqueur
5ml Simple Syrup
100ml almond milk
100g chocolate melted, to rim the glass
1/2 grated or shaved chocolate, to garnish
Dip the rim of your glass in the melted chocolate. Add the gin, liqueur, milk and syrup to a shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with chocolate. Enjoy!
