Nothing says tropical summers like the sweet, zesty and fruity flavours of mango, coconut and passion fruit. Our fantastic July 2020 Cocktail of the Month, Craft Gin Club’s Copacabana Cooler, is a wonderfully aromatic symphony of those gloriously exotic flavours - we can’t wait for you to give it a try!
This cocktail mixes the juniper, citrus and herb notes of Amázzoni Gin, our July 2020 Gin of the Month, with the mouth-wateringly tangy fruit flavours of CRAFTED Mango & Passion Fruit Juice by Cracker Drinks Co and the sweet coconut and guava tones of our bespoke Copacabana Cooler Cocktail Syrup.
Maria, our amazing in-house mixologist - who happens to come from Brazil herself! - has created a cocktail that will transport you to the colourful surroundings of Brazil’s bright jungles, cities and beaches.
Craft Gin Club’s Copacabana Cooler
50ml Amázzoni Gin
20ml lime juice
15ml Copacabana Cooler Cocktail Syrup
Crafted Mango & Passion Fruit Juice Drink by Cracker Drinks Co, to top up
Lime wheel, to garnish
Fill a highball glass with ice and pour over your gin, lime juice and cocktail syrup. Top up with your fruit juice drink. Stir until chilled and garnish.
