This magnificent gin from the In the Welsh Wind Distillery in Ceredigion, Wales, is a beautiful celebration of its home. With spice notes reminiscent of Bara Brith (a spiced Welsh fruit cake) and lots of fragrant citrus and tea flavours, all sat atop a base of rich juniper, it is an utter delight!
One of the things that makes this gin so extraordinary is the way it develops over the palate. It starts out with piney juniper mingled with orange, before the juniper recedes slightly, making room for spiced and fruit-forward notes to take centre stage. Perhaps most remarkable is the exceptionally pleasing finish – it’s one that will keep you coming back time after time.

Created by Maria, Craft Gin Club’s Master Mixologist, this one-of-a-kind G&T recipe brings together In the Welsh Wind Signature Style Gin with Llanllyr Source Tonic Water and a mouth-watering garnish duo of lemon slices and cardamom. It has a delightful mix of rich juniper and spice notes, and a good helping of bright citrus tones that make it a fantastic spring serve.

Harvest Snaps are here with their crunchy, tasty and completely moreish Lentil Rings and Puffs! Plant-based and lower in saturated fat than your average crisps, these amazing snacks are packed full of flavour!
Craft Gin Club members will receive two flavours of Harvest Snaps: their Thai Sweet Chilli Lentil Puffs or their Sour Cream and Chive Lentil Rings! The Thai Sweet Chilli editions are a medley of warming spice, ginger and pepper flavours while the Sour Cream and Chive editions are a mix of vegan-friendly sour cream and chive tones that are utterly scrumptious. Heartsease Farm Traditional Lemonade
Craft Gin Clubbers fell in love with the Heartsease Farm Raspberry Lemonade in their September 2021 Gin of the Month box. Now we are so excited for them to try Heartsease Farm Traditional Lemonade! All of Heartsease Farm’s fabulous soft drinks are produced on Heartsease Farm in Wales, a “zero to landfill” site (meaning they avoid sending any waste to landfills, which helps protect the environment), using only carefully sourced, all-natural ingredients of the highest quality.
Their sumptuous Traditional Lemonade is made with sun-kissed Sicilian lemons grown in the rich soil of Mount Etna and Radnorshire spring water. It’s zesty, vibrant and sweet, and it works so well with In the Welsh Wind Signature Style Gin in our April 2022 Cocktail of the Month (scroll down to find out more!).

Butlers Chocolates was established in 1932, in Dublin, and they have been mastering their craft ever since. Each of their remarkable chocolates is made with quality ingredients and remarkable attention to detail.

Based in Colchester, on their family-run farm, Fairfields Farm Crisps uses their own home-grown potatoes to make some seriously scrumptious thick-cut crisps. Each edition of their crisps is full of marvellous flavour and made using environmentally-friendly methods, including using solar panels to power their equipment and anaerobic digester to get rid of their waste. What’s not to love?

Gin Daffodil cocktail syrup and lemon and cardamom garnishes
Every month, Craft Gin Club sends members a bespoke cocktail syrup and a pair of garnishes so that they can make our monthly Perfect G&T and Cocktail of the Month.
Our garnishes for April 2022 are lemon slices and cardamom pods. Together, they add fragrant citrus and spice tones to our Perfect G&T, elevating the whole experience in the most wonderful way.
To go into April’s Cocktail of the Month, members can find our Gin Daffodil cocktail syrup. Created by our team of experts, this lip-smacking cocktail ingredient is sweet and complex and vibrant. Yum!

This beautiful cocktail recipe has been created by Craft Gin Club’s amazing mixologist, Maria Vieira. It combines the utterly gorgeous spice and citrus tones of In the Welsh Wind Signature Style Gin with Heartsease Farm Traditional Lemonade and our Gin Daffodil cocktail syrup. Finished with ribbons of rhubarb and blackberries, it’s a delectably refreshing celebration of spring!
