Snow-tipped Mimosa
25ml Copperfield London Dry Gin A Christmas Carol Edition
25ml triple sec
75ml orange juice
Chilled sparkling wine, to top up
Pour the gin, triple sec and orange juice into a cocktail shaker or tall glass. Add ice and stir until cold. Strain into a tall champagne flute and top up with your favourite fizz.
Winter Bramble
50ml Copperfield London Dry Gin A Christmas Carol Edition
10ml simple syrup
20ml lemon juice
10ml crème de mure
Drizzle of raspberry liqueur
Blackberries, to garnish
Pour the gin, syrup, lemon juice and crème du mure into a rocks glass and stir. Add crushed ice and a dash of raspberry liqueur. Garnish with two blackberries.
Cranberry Martini
50ml Copperfield London Dry Gin A Christmas Carol Edition
10ml triple sec
25ml cranberry juice
10ml fresh lime juice
Orange twist, to garnish
Pour the gin, triple sec, cranberry juice and lime juice into a cocktail shaker. Shake over ice and strain into a martini glass. Garnish and serve.
Noel Negroni
25ml Copperfield London Dry Gin A Christmas Carol Edition
25ml Campari
25ml sweet vermouth
Thick slice of orange, to garnish
Add all the ingredients into a rocks glass with ice cubes. Stir well. Garnish with orange.
