Cocktail of the Week: Oasentrunk

This refreshing recipe brings out all of the best flavours in Elephant Gin. With a few simple ingredients that are staples in the kitchen, you can craft this delectable drink whenever you fancy! Here's how to make this crisp cocktail:


60ml Elephant Gin
75ml Fresh Apple Juice
15ml Honey syrup (heat honey in equal amount of water until dissolved, then cool)
25ml Fresh lemon juice
4 Basil leaves

Shake all ingredients with ice and pout into a chilled glass. Garnish with a slice of lime and a sprig of basil.
