This crafty cocktail gets an extra boost from the aromatic Buchu that Members received in their September Gin of the Month Boxes. It's a breeze to make and looks almost too fabulous to drink, so why not rustle up this Elephant Gin cocktail for an extra special tipple tonight?
45 ml Elephant Gin
10 ml Ginger Liqueur
15 ml Lemon juice
10 ml Apple juice
10 ml Apple balsamic vinegar
20 ml Buchu syrup, made by combining equal parts buchu-infused water and sugar, then heating
25 ml Egg white
Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake without ice. Add ice and shake again, then strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Garnish with candied ginger, mint and a lemon wheel.
