This Gin & Tonic Ice Lolly Is All You'll Need This Summer

G&T Ice Lolly


30ml Siderit Gin

Franklin & Sons Natural Indian Tonic Water

Some chopped cucumber

1 circular apple slice, cut 1cm thick


1 Franklin & Sons wooden swizzle stick

1 small plastic cup (or ice-lolly mould)


Add the gin to the small plastic cup or ice lolly mould and top up with tonic water. Add cucumber slices and stir gently.

Carefully make a small slit in the centre of the apple slice and thread the swizzle stick through. Place the apple on top of the full cup, with the circular end of the swizzle stick uppermost, and leaving enough stick for you to hold the lolly once frozen
