Cocktail of the Week: Raspberry Gin and Tonic

Summer is the season for raspberries, so add a little zest to your next G&T with this version of the classic cocktail. The flavours of this month's Siderit blend in beautifully with quality tonic and fresh berries to craft a crisp and tasty drink. Here's how to make your own:

Raspberry Gin and Tonic

Ingredients:
50ml Siderit Gin
200ml tonic
30g raspberries
Physalis, to garnish

Method:
Muddle raspberries gently at the bottom of a balloon glass, then fill the glass with ice. Add the gin and tonic. Mix well, garnish with physalis, either whole or sliced, and serve
