Bottle size depends on the distiller. Most craft distillers sell their gin in 70cl bottles. Some craft distillers sell their gin in 50cl bottles. Craft Gin Club experts normally choose to work with craft distillers that use 70cl bottles. However, if our experts decide that a distiller that sells a 50cl bottle has produced a gin of exceptional quality, we will send our Members a 50cl bottle including extras in the box that make up for the difference in liquid.
You can change your membership frequency, either higher or lower, at any time and as often as you like. Simply email us at [email protected] and let us know what frequency you would like to change to. For example, you may wish to upgrade from a bi-monthly to a monthly member, or downgrade from a monthly to a quarterly member. Either way, the process is simple and straight forward and can be completed by email.
You can suspend your recurring Memberships by contacting us at email@example.com and stating your desire to suspend in your email letter. To make sure you do not receive next month’s gin, you must suspend your Membership before the 25th of the month.
We also offer the option of skipping a month while maintaining your membership. If you would like to skip next month's gin please contact as at [email protected] stating your request. In order to skip next month's gin, your request must be received before the 25th of the month.
All recurring Memberships will be billed on the 25th of each month. Credit cards will be automatically debited on a recurring basis.

Yes. If you are not able to receive your craft gin, you may skip a month and suspend payment and delivery. To do so, please contact us at [email protected]. Please note that we will automatically send you a bottle for the month succeeding the month for which you suspend if you do not contact us otherwise.

Currently, we accept credit card payments through our website.
The Craft Gin Club's payment page is encrypted. Any information you enter is unaccessible by outside parties. CGC uses Stripe as a payment processor and Moonclerk as a recurring monthly payment processor. For further security, your Moonclerk registration form on the payment page is also encrypted. Both are accredited institutions that securely handle millions of credit cards.
Currently, the Craft Gin Club is available to Members in the mainland UK including the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland. We are working on expanding our services to the other parts of the world.
Members receive their bottle of craft gin the first week of the month.
Your Craft Gin will arrive in the post to the address which you specify in during your registration.
Shipping costs are included in your £40 per month Membership fee and in all gift memberships.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We apologize in advance for any damaged craft gin. In the unlikely case that your craft gin arrives damaged, please contact us at [email protected] indicating your concern. Please attach pictures of the damaged bottle to the email. We will respond to you with the proper procedure and will send you a new bottle as quickly as possible.
We cannot refund you for craft gin bottles that you have already received. We can only replace bottles damaged upon arrival.
